EXECUTIVE BIOGRAPHIES

Dana "Daneja" Bradley

"DANEJA" –developed his passion for music in the golden era of Hip Hop, rising as a prominent DJ spinning many shows across the country as well as internationally.  Over the course of two years while stationed in Germany as a multi channel communications systems operator “DJ Dane Lover” had the chance to become known to crowds overseas as an intricately talented DJ with an amazing knowledge of Hip Hop from the old school to the latest songs smashing the charts back home in the states.  After returning from the service with a heightened sense of duty, Dane made the metamorphosis from “DJ Dane Lover” to “Daneja” a nickname he developed after beginning a career as a Boston firefighter.  Now used to highly irregular schedules conducive to those making a career in the Hip Hop industry, Dane put his communication skills to use along with his talent as a graffiti artist to use as he started making plans to unify Boston via the internet.  Dane became the co-founder of Bostonrap.com as well as the Mass Industry Committee.

Dane currently is the President of the M.I.C. and the talent behind most of the online ventures of the company such as www.the617.com, and www.MassIndustryCommittee.com.  Dane continues his work with other Boston firefighters in a profitable and charitable promotional organization known as 9Alarm Productions, throwing monthly live entertainment events at area hotels and conference centers for the grown and sexy.  Along with the rest of the M.I.C., Dane successfully helped unite the New England music scene with the development of The Mass Industry Committee Hip Hop Awards, as well as its’ new urban entertainment TV show “617Live”.

Lyrical

Lyrical is a Lowell born emcee whose rap groups X-Caliber and Invasion put out several prominent vinyl singles in the late 1990's and early 2000's receiving major airplay throughout the country and at home.  In 2006 as a solo artist he received heavy national airplay landing two singles off the same vinyl 12 inch record in the top ten of the college radio and mix-show charts.  As the Vice President of The Mass Industry Committee and 617Live, he manages to balance his role as executive and artist.  In addition to the M.I.C., Lyrical runs Invasion Entertainment, a well-known promotion company that also has a label division known as D.I.M.E. records which was picked up by Blaze The World Records and Distribution (Kool G Rap).  He is among a handful of Boston artists whose music is available on all major digital download website via D.I.M.E.'s distribution deal with Blaze.  His album iNFiNiTi was voted “Album of the Year” in the 2006 M.I.C. Hip Hop Awards, which like many of the shows he performs in, he also doubled as one of the promoters for the event.  A former high school teacher, he is an adjunct college instructor of Statistics at Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology, and at Lasell College teaching Special Events Planning.

Lyrical is also a member of Mayor Menino’s Hip Hop Round Table, which uses music to reach young people and promotes peace in the streets.  He is writing a book in conjunction with his work with the United Label Coalition, to go along with a seminar series he will be leading on promoting and managing Hip Hop events with a perspective on the history of Hip Hop and the four main elements that comprise the culture (with an emphasis on the emcee).  He speaks and performs regularly and is especially sought after when organizations deal with entertainment, education, or politics that affect our youth.  He received his bachelor’s degree from UMass-Lowell in Marketing/Economics, and is currently finishing coursework for his Master’s in Mathematics at both UMass-Lowell and Harvard.

IRV "BIZZNEZZ" ALCINDOR

Irv started out in the music business as an entertainer who started his own business in 1995.  This business venture went on to become a 4 store franchise Irvin developed with his brother "Jug" who is also an emcee.  The two would begin promoting Hip Hop parties and live shows shortly after, using connections and income from their business ventures.  Irvin, also know as "Bizznezz", became the COO of Acuta Records which would promote and market music that his brother JUG would make with his group "PANGEA PHAM".  Today Pangea is known as one of the better home-grown Boston Hip Hop groups that consistently performs all over the area.  Irv at only 24 took his profits and put them into real-estate and is now a multiple home owner himself.  A businessman and Hip-Hop promoter and label manager it is no wonder why he went on to co-found the Mass Industry Committee and its television show 617Live.  Irvin continues to play an integral role in Boston area Hip Hop and the success of Pangea, the M.I.C. and 617Live.

LYVINSTON "LYV" BIEN-AIME

Lyv brings a promotion and production background to the Mass Industry Committee where he is heavily relied upon to help with the creative side of the productions of 617Live, a weekly Urban Entertainment TV show that is owned and produced by Lyv and the executives of the M.I.C.   His background in production started in 1998 as a student at Mass Communications College when he and his former room-mate would produce tracks together leading to the development of Sound Fusion Productions which Lyv now owns and operates.  Sound Fusion, as the name suggests,  is a blending of many different musical sounds and genres; Lyv produced tracks for Hip Hop artists such as Akrobatik and Jazz artists and opera singers as well on a 15 track compilation album known as “Introducing Sound Fusion.”   Lyv, now a home owner in Mattapan, is originally from Haiti who has gone on to invest in real estate now owning land in both Atlanta and Florida.  His entrepreneurial spirit continued here in Massachusetts when in 1998 him and 12 business partners started The Boston Social Club, promoting events at venues such as Brandy Pete’s, Estelle’s, and the 360 Lounge (Formerly Oliver’s) all on the same weekend.  Juggling a demanding professional schedule as an executive VP of the Mass Industry Committee is a skill for Lyv that has helped the M.I.C. plan and promote several meet & greets, social events, and of course the highly recognized Mass Industry Committee Hip Hop Awards which brought several area artists and business people together in unity.  Lyv is a man of strong moral character whose Baptist faith was celebrated this past year when he was baptized as a Christian.

Hector "Big Hek" Solano

Hek is a driving force behind the success of the weekly production of the 617Live urban entertainment TV program.  Hek can be found on the floor helping produce the show, and is just as comfortable behind a mixing board when he is producing tracks for several artists in and around Boston.  Hector is a versatile team player who as an M.I.C. executive would arrange the monthly board meetings in the early stages of the Mass Industry Committee and still continues to carry out many similar unheralded functions for the well being of the committee.  As an entrepreneur Hector has been behind many successful club promotions in the city including a lengthy residency at the 360 Ultra Lounge bringing spoken word, R&B, and Hip Hop to the night club on a regular basis.  The Boston Herald featured Hector and his production skills for his company, Dark Figures, in an article that mentioned his yearly promotion of the Boston Beat Battle, an event that would feature other area producers battling as they produce beats and showcase their best productions in a skills based competition.  A talented producer, Hector is also known to occasionally bless a microphone when a hot beat moves him to action, however he is more likely to be found harnessing the young talent of others who look to make a career on the microphone.
